Food was terrible… ketchup for a burger should be just that not some try hard tomato sauce that’s supposed to be some fancy ketchup. Brought my mother who has Alzheimer’s And the waitress couldn’t even crack a smile to the old lady who said thank you to her like 20 times. And I wouldn’t say this is deemed a luxury resort when I have to walk up a driveway of rocks divided by string lights that were purchased at Canadian tire. As the children say, it’s not giving what it’s supposed to give.
We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the start, we were told we couldn’t take pictures, which already felt unwelcoming. On top of that, the lady staff manager was extremely rude and unprofessional in her behavior. What made it worse was her attitude that came across as discriminatory and racist, which left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Dining out should be about good food and a positive atmosphere, but unfortunately, this place failed to provide either. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values respectful service.

Presentation was good but food was pedestrian. Greeted by a young girl with no personality; not even a smile. For the cost only the view was worth mentioning. Can't beat the hills of Caledon. Unfortunately the experience didn't do justice.
So glad we found this gem. We both had the Jaricot burger and it was just amazing! We can’t wait to go back and enjoy the beautiful patio when it opens. Update: We have since returned a number of times now for dinners and even their Easter brunch and each visit did not disappoint. Food is always well made and delicious. We will keep going back for sure.
Absolutely loved the Fish & Root Vegetable Chips (Sonnen Hill Beer–chickpea flour battered cod, coleslaw and tartar sauce) . Will definitely be exploring other options on their menu. Vista is now one of my go to takeout options. Can't wait to experience the in house dining once available!
