Amazing place, great people, was fast to figure out the issue, when another tech was quick to jump to replacing components, if you want honesty and good service this place is highly recommended
Went there today for the first time to get a safety done on a used bike. I did not have an appointment and they took me in no problem. Took approximately 45 min and I was out of there. They were respectful, polite and answered any question I had. No sense of arrogance or acting like they were doing me a favour, which seems hard to come across these days. It looks like I have found my new motorcycle mechanic.
Called ahead and was able to have my new bike safeties same day while I waited. Service was excellent and he was upfront about what he thought the bike needed to improve safety beyond what is included in the safety inspection and even steered me away from doing additional work that I had planned to do but he thought was unnecessary. I will definitely be using this as my new shop and highly recommend it to anyone who needs anything for their bike.
I came here for my 2024 zx10r chain adjustment, the guy never measured the slack, how much does it need nothing, just tighten it and and i went to reputable shop and the slack was 5mm dam. Recommended is 25mm to 35mm. And customer service is -0 and rude.
My ride quit out off the 400, had my ride towed to Westend Cycle, I am from out of town visiting and Joe squeezed my issue into his day. I have 2003 Kawasaki 1500 Vulcan , Joe diagnosed that there was corrosion and build up on the ignition switch and solenoid preventing the ignition. Once that was cleaned up and reassembled the bike was good to go. I really appreciate that he was able to help me out as I can’t wait for an appointment in a week or so. The job was complied the day after I had the bike dropped off. Great place and friendly service, they kept me on the road. Thanks
They say a good mechanic is worth their weight in gold. I live about five hours out from Caledon and on ride into town rear tire went flat so I finished trip on a tow truck. A buddy recommended the place and the mechanic was awesome empathized with my situation and got the bike in and out quickly and at very fair price. Definite life saver.
Fast, honest, and knowledgeable. I'm a licensed car mechanic so I'm pretty picky about who I trust my vehicles with, but I can tell I can trust these guys. My bike failed the safety, but rightly so lol
