I’ve been a few times and the food is ALWAYS fantastic! My critique is on the cleanliness of the restaurant. First off the table cloth was dirty this last time but whatever. The worst was when I was standing outside the restroom waiting my turn, I was looking at my surroundings and the wall that backs on to the kitchen was filthy and the sliding door for the kitchen had dust webs hanging above there. While in the restroom, right in front of the toilet in the corner was the garbage can and a very dusty & dirty looking fake flower arrangement. But then u look down and it is so dirty and dusty on the floor all around the flowers and garbage can. I couldn’t believe that it was so dirty. I can’t help but wonder now how clean is the kitchen Still love the food but I don’t think I’d eat in there anymore, just do takeout! I really hope they take the care to clean up a bit.

Dolce Family Ristorante is a small Italian restaurant located in Caledon Village. It’s hard to spot from main road but it’s definitely worth to visit for an Italian food being served! Family restaurant offers delicious pizzas, variety of pastas, fish and many other dishes and of course deserts! All this at affordable prices! Service is very courageous and restaurant has a nice family feel!

Dropped in today for the first time for lunch and I was blown away. Coming from the little Italy area in downtown Toronto I always thought the best Italian sandwiches were to be found at places like bitondos, the original California sandwiches or san francesco but there is now a new contender. We had the beef and the veal sandwiches and they were both amazing. Plenty of meat and toppings. The sauce was heavenly. It just all came together perfectly. An excellent italian sandwich. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

The menu and décor suggested authentic Italian, but the food was very disappointing. The Margherita pizza tasted like a basic chain cheese pizza with an unpleasant aftertaste, almost as if the oven wasn’t cleaned. The calamari was rubbery and not fresh. It was difficult to eat, and I ended up throwing out nearly half of it. Overall, the quality felt inconsistent and gave the impression the business may have changed hands.

Hey there! We’ve passed by this place a bunch of times, but we finally decided to give it a try. And let me tell you, we were blown away! From the bruschetta appetizer to the pasta, everything was absolutely delicious! We’re already planning our next visit to try more of their amazing menu.

Last night we attended Dolce. We have been there about 6 or 7 times before and it has been great. Last night not so much! We had bruschetta as usual and it was wonderful. Then for our main entree we ordered putinesca (not sure of spelling) with linguine instead of rice. Not a great choice. Overloaded with thick red sauce and was not the best choice at all. Neither one of us could get through the dish and left better than half for the server to take away. We explained the issue and it didn’t seem to matter to the young server. No apology, for sorry you didn’t enjoy it or I will speak to the kitchen or we will offer you a discount on your meal. Very poor customer service. I asked for the bill, paid full price and left. Not sure we will return if they don’t take better pride in what they serve or customer service!

Passed by this place a few times. From the outside I don`t think I would give it a second thought. My wife and I have not had a special dinner out in a long time(7+years). I tried their email form on their website to ask a question. No response. I then tried calling for a 6pm reservation for Fri 17th. After the call I wasn`t totally convinced that it would be a good idea. The person who answered seemed to be in a rush and did not seem to know how to answer. I was pretty sure of a reservation and since we had not eaten at a Italian restaurant in a long time I went with the concept of an adventure. After all if it fell through there is a Tim Horton`s across the street. We arrived to find a quaint little restaurant, a reserved table with a sign on it. A wonderful meal, a Specialty Espresso Martini, Bruschetta with Cheese(I could quibble that there is way too much cheese on this but it was goooood!), Veal Parmigiana (Served with Spaghetti in tomato sauce) and wine Pinot Noir - California , Apple Crisp Melt-Away and Specialty Coffee; Italian Coffee. We had a great dinner. Sept 12/25. Decided to visited again. No reservation just winged it. Checked the website which I think had some updates. Looked at daily specials on the way in but did not catch what was on it, have to do it next time or let the chef decide. Had our usual app Bruschetta w/ a blend of goat cheese and mozzarella.....heavenly Mains.... 1 Penne alla Vodka and Crostacei Mista for the wife.. DESSERT Affogato drinks 1/2 bottle white can't remember type, 1 Lemon Meringue cocktail and 1 Dolce Specialty Coffee. Another great meal. thx It is very hard for me to spend the money I do on this food but after it is all over ooooh it is so gooooddddd!!!! And try the pizza's

Wow totally unexpected but sooo good!! Happened to be driving through Caledon and saw this little gem while at the intersection. Sign said pizza, I like pizza so we went for pizza.. MAN WAS IT GOOD! Quality flavour and proportions! Wish they made their crust fresh but not even an issue! Stop by and have a slice you will enjoy every bite!

Amazing and delicious food. I would surely recommend the Ravioli (special). Owner is so polite and friendly.
