We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our wedding at this venue! From the stunning willow tree ceremony spot to the beautifully kept reception area with lovely solid wood tables, everything was perfect. Tab and Don were incredibly communicative, always ready to help with decor and vendor referrals, and even provided cozy blankets for our guests on a cool day. The presence of horses was such a charming bonus! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or well-supported wedding day. Months later and our guests are still raving about the day! Would highly recommend for your special day.
This is a hidden gem! We had our baby shower here back in August and everyone absolutely enjoyed it. The space is breathtaking! Both Don and Tab were super helpful during the whole process. They even came out that morning to help us set-up. We highly recommend to book your next event here, as you or your guests won’t be disappointed.
Attended a wedding here. The outdoor ceremony was great. The horses and outdoor cocktails where great. The reception in the barn unfortunately it was hot. I will strong recommend heat exhaust fans be installed in the ceiling to extract the heat. Definitely only a early spring and fall place for any wedding.
Caledon Valley Estate is a magical place. Recently, we enjoyed having my daughter's bridal shower at this beautiful venue. Many of our guests said that the view was "breath taking" and wished they had the opportunity to make this visit earlier on in their lives. We received so many compliments! Many people didn't want to leave because they were having such a good time and they found it to be relaxing and peaceful there. My daughter was delighted with how smoothly her big event went. Tab and Don were excellent hosts and very accommodating. They thoroughly and efficiently answered our questions before, during and even after the event. Their expertise and calm approach made everyone preparing for the shower feel confident and at ease. The sliding doors were opened up to allow natural beauty and a gentle, cool breeze to flood the room. They provided us with everything we needed, including excellent quality harvest tables and comfortable, matching chairs. With our creative team, the decorations added just the right touch to each table and the setting was exceptional. Our celebration to shower Josie with our best wishes and love met all of our expectations. We are so grateful to Tab and Don for helping us to make this day so special for Josie and our wonderful guests.
As a wedding and event planner in the wedding industry, it's always incredibly refreshing to work with a venue that is organized, communicative and detailed. Tab & Don were an absolute pleasure to work with for my client's early September 2022 wedding. They took notes of what my clients required for their special day and went above and beyond on the actual day. I booked a spot for an engagement photoshoot with the white horse Shadow. Tabitha made sure we all felt comfortable. The views were gorgeous and there were many nice spots to take amazing photos. Will definitely visit it again! :)
Do your homework! I saw previous reviews here that indicated this place does not have legal permits in place. I checked with the city of Caledon (April 2019) and they are not cleared for hosting, nor does the city anticipate permits to be granted any time soon. Should you choose to go forward, be aware that the event is illegal, may be shut down, and you will not be compensated.
